Hello Neighbors,
We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer, and is ready to get into the holiday season. The Board has some great events planned this year, so mark them down on your calendars and hope to see you there!
Calling ALL Volunteers!

We could always use help, so join a committe and help keep our neighborhood one of the best places to live in South Florida.
Organizations we LOVE !!!
Who They Are?Community Greening is an Urban Forestry nonprofit on a mission to increase South Florida’s tree canopy.
They believe that by engaging volunteers and like-minded community partners in the collective effort of planting trees, they can improve our environment, create more sustainable neighborhoods, and equitably strengthen our society.
Their Mission?
Community Greening is a collective effort to improve our environment for people and nature by increasing South Florida’s urban tree canopy.
Their Approach?
The Youth Tree Team (YTT) employs local high schoolers as part-time interns of Community Greening, and is often the teens’ first paid-work experience. YTT members learn horticulture skills to maintain recently planted trees, conduct community outreach, as well as learn about ‘green jobs’, all while fostering environmental stewardship.

At Your Service
The Lakeiew Board has been serving the Lakeview community for more than 25 years. It is an all volunteer Board, and memebers serve a 1-year term. The Lakeview residents vote in board members at our annual Civic Association meeting and we encourage anyone who would like to serve on the Board to reach out to any of the current members and make your desire to serve known. We have had some amazing neighbors who serve on the Baord and we want to thank each every one of them for their service and efforts over the years. We, the current Board, under the leadership of Greg Snyder, look forward to being of service to you and your family. Please join the association and sign up below for our news letter.
